Drew Estate proudly announces a new partnership with its founder, Jonathan Drew Sann, with the launch of J.SANN & SON—a multi-dimensional cigar culture destination located in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Art District. Opening Spring 2026, J.SANN & SON brings together a family cigar factory and brand, a world-class cigar bar, live music venue, and a full kitchen supper club under one 7,200-square-foot roof at 359 NW 28th Street, Miami, FL 33127.
J.SANN & SON represents the next chapter of Jonathan Drew Sann’s journey within the Drew Estate story. Conceived as a generational establishment, the project was inspired by the birth of Jonathan’s son and reflects a deepened, evolved relationship between Drew Estate and its founder.
“Every iconic brand has an origin story,” said Sann. “Ours is built on family, loyalty, and purpose. J.SANN & SON is a founder-forward story—the culmination of thirty years building Drew Estate, now maturing into a generational ritual with the passing of the torch to my son, Jonathan Drew Sann II (JD2).”

At the heart of J.SANN & SON is a family cigar factory capable of producing just 500 handmade cigars per day, reinforcing its highly exclusive nature. The factory will serve as Jonathan’s creative home base and a collaborative hub for select partnerships with industry friends, brands, and companies. Located just four blocks from his home, Sann will be deeply immersed in the daily rhythm of the operation.
“It will feel like the early days of Drew Estate,” said Sann. “Sleeping on the factory floor, living the work. This is truly a full-circle moment.”
The Wynwood venue will open in Spring 2026, with the family factory and e-commerce platform launching later that year. J.SANN & SON cigars will be available for purchase on-site and online at www.jsannandson.com. Due to production limitations, Drew Estate will distribute J.SANN & SON manufactured brands on an extremely exclusive basis.
In addition to its own brands, J.SANN & SON will offer a curated selection of cigars—both in-store and online—from the world’s leading brands, boutiques, and emerging discoveries. Every cigar carried has personal meaning to Jonathan Drew Sann, creating a living snapshot of the cigars that define today’s marketplace.
The bar and kitchen program will be led by Michelin-star chef Julia Ning, founder of Chicago’s acclaimed modern French restaurant Goosefoot. Chef Ning brings a bold, refined culinary vision, promising a flavor experience unlike anything previously seen in a cigar-centric environment.
J.SANN & SON will also serve as an immersive experiential space, featuring live music and curated evenings designed to celebrate brand stories, foster community, and welcome cigar enthusiasts from all walks of life. Performances and events will highlight the raw, authentic journeys behind founders and their brands.
