Décimo Aniversario
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — August 19, 2026 — Crowned Heads is bringing back its limited-edition Décimo Aniversario, this time expanding the release with three entirely new vitolas.
Décimo was originally introduced in 2024 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Crowned Heads’ Las Calaveras series. Following the strong response to that release, Crowned Heads is revisiting the blend for 2026 while giving cigar enthusiasts three new sizes to experience.
“The response to Décimo two years ago was overwhelming,” said Crowned Heads President and Founder Jon Huber. “That blend is something special to the story of the Las Calaveras series as it harkens back to the original Las Calaveras EL 2014 blend, and we’re excited to expand the vitola options to give more Crowned Heads supporters the opportunity to experience Décimo.”
The 2026 edition uses the same blend as the original Décimo release, featuring an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro cover leaf over an all-Nicaraguan binder and filler grown by the Garcia family.
Production is handled at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.
Crowned Heads Décimo 2026 Sizes
D50: 6" x 50MSRP: $15.95 per cigar
D52: 5" x 52MSRP: $14.95 per cigar
D54: 5 5/8" x 54MSRP: $16.95 per cigar
Each size will be packaged in 10-count boxes, with production limited to 2,500 boxes per vitola.
That works out to 25,000 cigars of each size and 75,000 cigars total for the 2026 Décimo release.
Shipping to retailers is expected to begin in September 2026.
A Return to the Roots of Las Calaveras
Décimo holds a particularly interesting place in the Crowned Heads portfolio because of its connection to the very beginning of Las Calaveras.
Rather than simply creating another anniversary cigar, Crowned Heads developed Décimo as a nod to the blend that helped launch the Las Calaveras series with the Las Calaveras EL 2014.
Now, two years after Décimo first appeared, Crowned Heads is giving smokers another opportunity to revisit that blend, only this time through three new sizes.
For Crowned Heads fans who missed the original 2024 release, September may offer another shot at Décimo. For those who smoked the first edition, the new vitolas should make for an interesting comparison to see how the familiar blend performs in three different formats.
